Tireless · feet

I have a kitty now.  He was found by Gails Mom. Heres how the story goes; She was walking her dog and this little pitiful mew came from a bush behind her.  She turns to see this little frail wisp of a kitten come out and collapse at her feet. Her dog is, of course, going nuts. She picks it up and it goes limp in her hands, I must also mention the woman picks it up despite being deathly allergic to cats.  She is aghast, thinking the kitten just may have died in her hands, however, it was not dead. She took it to the vet to see what to do, and she asked if they needed to put it down after realizing the poor critter was still alive.  They tested him for AIDS and Feline Leukemia and he was negative for both, so the vet set to saving him. He puked up green goo, and sneezed it too. His paw pads were burnt off, he had fleas, and his tail was broken.  He was on antibiotics and in their care till he was a little better, where the little old woman took him back home again. She put him outside and fed him, even hung a toy from a stick in the yard, because she could not play with him for her allergies.  When Gail went to visit, she asked if I wanted him. Well yeah. You cant hear a story like that and say no. 

So now I have a little black cat, hes 8 months old, and about the size of a kitten.  He is missing some teeth and is skinny as a rail, but hes been filling out and growing with every passing day. His name is Mr. Matciko (Mot-see-koe) We call him Kiko or Miko for short.  His name is derived from Machiko, which means "Fortunate Child" in Japanese.  I love him bunches <^.^>

-Went to the Beach with Nighteyes and Zer0.  Managing to crash a wild Horseshoe crab Sex Party, as it was apparently mating season, and in order to swim we had to wade out through a good throng of them into clear water.  They crawled over our feet, or under, or just bumped into us blindly. eeeeEEEEeeeee ! <^.^>

- Been learning about Shamanism, went on my first spirit journey, however I do not think such things should be posted on the internets.  If you want to know more, please ask me in a more personable manner.

- Got a library card for the little county library near here, promptly borrowed "Wicked, the life and times of the WIcked Witch of the West" On Audiobook, which I have been listening to quite happily. I love stories, and being told a good one makes me happy all the way to my toes.
